Painting pictures of the water, it reminds me so much of where I come from. I love the sea and every colour it creates and the tides coming in and out of all different directions tells you lot about the sea.

Artist Bio:

I am a proud Kokotha/Morning/Wirangu woman, and I grew up in Port Lincoln, South Australia. I'm one of 10 children and fondly remember growing up playing in the sandhills and listening to my father tell stories. In 1999 I moved with my family to Ballarat where I continue to share my love of animals through my artwork.

Even though I have no formal training as an artist, I continue to receive recognition and commissions for my artwork. I also enjoy being the artist in residence at Raintree Art. I have taught art to students at Phoenix College in 2019, Ballarat, painted artwork for the Ballarat Begonia Festival in 2021, and I have recently completed a public art installation at Ballarat Neighbourhood Centre.
